Actually it might not be suicide related, I think roundstart borgs will immediately drop a PDA upon spawning.

This is exactly where the PDAs came from. The borgs killed themselves because they're spoilsports, the PDAs are unrelated. Still a bug, though!

Yes this is a thing that can happen on round start as a borg, but only at round start.
