Cyborgs can be knocked out by hits that dont hit.
Like this, PUBBZ PUBBERTON ATTACKS CYBORG ETA-98 WITH THE EMERGENCY OXYGEN TANK BUT MISSES, CYBORG ETA-98 IS KNOCKED UNCONCIOUS. so basically the cyborgs can be KO'd by air.
