Diseases spread regardless of locked/welded rooms or, in one notable case, someone floating outside pathology three tiles away in space while wearing full internals and no hull breaches.

christ it's like a dozen bad post apocalyptic viral movies! I have noticed this once before when someone was messing around in there.
