Literally. Ever since the stupid horrible awful shit chemistry update that broke everything, the recipe to make Booster Enzymes also destroys it, so it's literally unobtainable unless I'm missing something.
Related: The new chemistry update broke everything. And that's bad.

Correction: It's obtainable, but you have to act stupid fast, and there's still a lot of waste in the recipie because if you let the reaction finish then you lose everything.
I strongly advise some sort of fix so that this doesn't happen, because this is obnoxious and stupid.
