Dimensional Shift Bug - FloozyBarge - 01-01-2015
Leaping or otherwise going unconscious causes you to never regain consciousness and be stuck forever. Also Dimensional Shifting while in a temporary container such as a phase shift is also bad news, because when you unshift it'll put you on a black screen. Presumably z-level 0.

Err, meant to say if you're shifted and you go unconscious.
