Upgrading a Cyborg - Weavel - 01-05-2013
Currently, you can only upgrade the Cyborg left arm once and you can't upgrade the right arm at all. I've tried multiple arms and both hands, made sure I had enough metal etc. but I still end up with a wonky-looking borg.
