The health and bleeding HUDs disappeared. - Bologna Prime - 12-10-2014
The HUDs that told you how much health you had and if you were bleeding are missing, the stamina HUD is perfectly visible and there and existing. Considering the stamina bar is still positioned as if it were next to something, nothing is mentioned in the changelog, and the fact that it would be a pretty bad change have led me to believe this a bug. I tried both rejoining and spawning on a different server and the HUDs absent.

Looks like the line of code that told the game where to put the icon accidentally got erased while some runtimes were being fixed. It'll be back after next build.
