If you throw a loaf onto the flusher component, all progress with the loaf is deleted. If I throw a quark loaf and wait ten cycles, instead of getting a degenerate loaf like I'm supposed to a normal loaf comes out.
Also, a lot of the times it just refuses to give the secret loaf, despite hitting the quota for it.
It needs to stop LOAFING around

yes, also the case of the missing loaf, where did it go? I don't know, but I have seen this lately twice following the same steps you listed.
