The butcher's knife is as effective as a cardboard tube - Winklabom - 11-28-2014
I was attack by a traitor chef (Houka) earlier today and his butcher's knife dealt absolutely no damage whatsoever.
He only managed to kill me by throwing the knife at me to stun me and space me.
Later on, he lost his knife and was attacked at least 30 times in the chest and didn't even die.
To reproduce:
1)Be a traitor chef
2)Use precious telecrystals to order the knife
3)Regret everything

Adjusted the numbers and re-added the brute damage stuff to the knife, it should be better now. This bug report was from before the blood system was on by default, so the knife just kinda did, uhh, nothing, because I accidentally set it to only do bleeding damage, but it should have done some brute too regardless.
I'll leave this open for a bit, let me know if the knife is more in-line with how it should be now.
