Heavy computers accepting only 2 modules instead of 3 - Iatots - 11-23-2014 Title says it all, heavy computer frames (terminal frames) can not accept more than 2 boards, and since you need both a terminal board to connect to mainframe and an ID scanner module to login it is impossible to install other peripherals. Re: Heavy computers accepting only 2 modules instead of 3 - Dabir - 11-23-2014 Not a bug, use a console frame instead. You'll note that none of the pre-existing DWAINE terminals have other peripherals. Re: Heavy computers accepting only 2 modules instead of 3 - Marquesas - 11-24-2014 The one you're looking for is computer frame, rather than console or terminal. Consoles take circuitboards, while terminals have a peripherial limit of 2. Computers have a limit of 3. Re: Heavy computers accepting only 2 modules instead of 3 - Iatots - 11-24-2014 The wiki doesn't specify that difference between computer and terminal frames, guess I'll edit it myself then. Thanks for the help and sorry for wasting time. Re: Heavy computers accepting only 2 modules instead of 3 - Iatots - 11-24-2014 Oh and, while testing this while marq was typing, apparently SMES monitors and barcode scanners can't be deconstructed. |
