Smokes and Canisters/Tanks - Erev - 11-23-2014

In order to make canisters, tanks, and re-pressurization ports more fun we should really be able to put smokes into them - perhaps by way of using some sort of machine. The opaqueness of the smoke could be tied to a number of things such as the smoke/other gasses ratio or perhaps even the reagents (spend one of your three smoke chemical slots on a new chemical that makes smoke less noticeable perhaps).

The upshot would be that it would allow for more insidious, long term smoke uses - anything from slowly poisoning an area to making a healing font of smoke in medbay (or the chapel and venerating it), to ensuring that no one gets drunk despite the barman's best efforts.

The downside is some sort of check would need to be made vs things like synthflesh smoke as I'm sure that would probably kill the server.

As smokes can be gotten around by the ever-so-common gas mask I figure that this would be a rather entertaining addition.
