New admin Gimmick: botany team building exercise - VictorMAngoStein - 11-02-2014
To get botanists off their lazy sses nanotrasen has come up with a new teambuilding exercise. All players are thrown into a huge hydroponics room and split into 2 teams...let's say they're team apple and team orange. There's a bunch of plant pots for everyone to use and the team that grows the most of their respective fruit wins. Cue botanists running around chainsawing eachother's plants (and eachother) and planting their own seeds in the empty pots.

This seems more like a player gimmick than an actual suggestion. If you want this to happen you should lead it in game yourself, not suggest admins make it a thing.

this sounds complicated and not very fun tbh. it SOUNDS interesting but i feel like it'd be boring to play

This would work better as a traitor captain gimmick.
Replace "Lock everybody in botany" with "You've all been dosed with weightloss shake and are locked in botany" and "See who can grow plants the fastest" with "see who can grow enough food to not die", reality tv style
Near fatal team building exercises designed to inspire/enrage the crew.
