I know beepsky stunning everyone because they had a gun they got from mechanics is pretty funny. but if captain or HOS wants mass produced guns, being able to tell beepsky "stun batons are kosher" or "Beepsky there is a ling out right now, please only stun people with cylume sabers or rpgs" could be a good idea. Maybe from secmate and it could require HOS/captain level access?

Only if we get to set different levels of infractions for each unit of "contraband" as well.
Beepsky going full level 10 infraction stunfest on someone for daring wear shoes in his presence is even funnier.

The contraband level should determine how many times Beepsky is authorized to use his baton.

Code it in so that instead of Beepsky calling out a person, he instead points at the contraband.
