Use scissors on jumpsuits to cut the sleeves off, making rags in the process. Tie the rags around your head to make a bandana.

Sleeveless jumpsuits and drawn-on marker tattoos for the ultimate jerk look.
I also played on another server where you were able to roll down your jumpsuit. To be fair they also had undershirts coded in, but the whole gritty mechanic look might be interesting.At any rate, sewing pieces of other jumpsuits to your own or chopping up existing clothing may make for some interesting outfits.
