Give it an internal 105 unit resevoir to fill and unlimited syringes
7 shots as usual, but there's no 20 minutes of transferring things into syringes to reload

Have you ever used the syringe gun? That's exactly how it works except six shots.

From what I remember, you have to manually load syringes in one at a time, and they are used up once they connect
I haven't used it in like a year or something though in fairness

Not since June 2013 then, apparently. As Spy_Guy said, this is already how it works.
