This looks really similar to the death animation for getting hit by fire in populous 2, which I kind of wanted to make an animation based on as it is!

if captain gets a flintlock pistol, it should be sufficiently powerful because he's captain, but sufficiently useless because it takes too long to reload, unless you plan on killing or seriously injuring one person only and then spending half the round in your office reloading. also he should have a box of ammo pellots
