If someone runs into a teleporter while someone's still on the other end, gib the person standing on the other end. Alternate option: fuse them together like The Fly.

Why not make it a E-magged hand tele has a chance of doing this.

We need more things to make teleportation interesting and fun.
That being said, this is definitely not one of them.
