Syndicate AI Neural Processor. Cost is probably really high, could be a surplus crate-only item. Basically, it gives you a neural net processor identical to that of one that the AI core usually possesses, but it makes the AI follow the Syndieborg AI laws and ignore whatever laws are in the upload entirely. The only issue, however, is the fact that you would need to physically get into the AI core and perform the transplant, making this a high-risk but very high-reward traitor weapon. Not sure how it would work out in terms of balancing, though.

If targeting the chest, then on crit the grappling hook rips the victim's heart out (complete with "DUN DUN DUN! Fatality!") However, it doesn't happen often enough to build a strategy around, the hook doesn't normally do much damage so you'll want to keep a fire extinguisher on hand to FINISH HIM!

Only if it plays a extremely loud "GET OVER HERE"

It does

Too many cooks knife- A re-skinned red chainsaw that doesn't make the chainsaw noise and can only show up in the surplus crate. When picked up it will do this-

1-The first person to pick up the knife can no longer drop it and is to given the objective to kill all the cooks and to dine on their flesh. If the wielder of the knife dies the knife will also vanish

2.Adds the word cook to everyone's name but the holder of the knife (Erza sauter cook says: TOO MANY COOKS!)

3-Everyone but the knife wielder gains glowly mutation and tiny unreadable text added to their sprites. If they try hiding in lockers the text appears outside the locker

4- The knife plays too many cooks song. It becomes louder the closer you are to the knife dude

I love this idea but I doubt it would ever be added.

On that note can we put meat in the compost bin, I thought being able to cut someone up with the red chainsaw and then stuff them in the compost bin might be slightly psychotic but a good way to ditch bodies. Especially if you clean up after yourself. Then again it might be kinda too close to canadian pig farmer territory.

Here is an idea:Stimulants that make you robust. As in,a wall.
Punches and attacks with melee weapons do more damage, you are impossible to knock down.Getting hit by a clown cart or segway will cause the person to hit into you and get knocked out.
We can call it steroids.

Either this or a temporal werewolf serum?or something that lets you transform,to replace the shitty things the scientist get you can get special transformation syringes.

To balance it out you could make it random like poison bottles.

Space-Parrot

A cheap one telecrystal item, this is a large birdcage with a space-parrot inside it.

Installed on the birdcage is an intercom, and when it is activated the space-parrot will randomly repeat lines previously spoken over the radio. Kind of like a buttbot with radio access, but instead of repeating lines instantly it puts some time inbetween the original and the copy, also mimicking the voice of whoever spoke it.

It's meant to confuse/amuse the crew, and send them on a search to find the space-parrot in order to disable the intercom. This would cause enough of a fuss to get some heat off of the traitor.

NanoTrasen General Purpose Superglue

A small tube of glue that can be gotten from surplus crates.

- Used on a door, closet or other container, it instantly glues it shut. This has the same effect as welding it shut.
- Used on a machine, it makes it inoperable.
- Used on a floor tile, if someone walks over it they become glued to the ground. After a short while, they can move off the tile, but they will lose their shoes. If they were not wearing shoes, they take some brute damage instead.

All glue effects wear off after a couple of minutes. There's enough glue in the tube for a couple of uses before it's empty.

Why would the syndicate use nanotrasen equipment?

Because they're clever little devils like that.

Decomposing Spray

3 credits

When used on a body it increases the rate in which the body becomes unusable for cloning at genetics, and destroys brain stems with enough time, making the body unsuitable for borging.

When used on a person it's just very acidic and burns rather badly.

Use of this product leaves a skeleton and a "really gross smelly goo"

My sides. I would love this as literally as a gimmick item like the tommy gun. But it sounds horribly underpowered. Give the person who wields the knife a teleport mutation of sorts, and anyone he stabs becomes infected with Introcitus, which causes the player to stop suddenly, introduce themselves and forcefully grin.
TOO MANY COOKS SPOIL THE BROTH

This is literally stimulants. And at least stimulants have a downside, this doesn't and sounds horribly unfun.

Glue has been suggested over and over and over and over, but I still think its a solid idea for a traitor item.

atomic1fire Wrote:Decomposing Spray
Trick cigs already do this, explode and only cost 1 crystal.

I love it. I'd get 10.

Chef and bartender item: Industrial strength antacid.

A bottle of pink regent that blocks any chems from being absorbed. Drink some and share some poison cake with the crew, or stick a little in something with a lot of poison in it so it doesn't take effect until the antacid has all been absorbed.
