I tried to put a SWAT gas mask on a cyborg and its head kept appearing on top.

A lot of cyborg clothing options have been borked for a long time, sadly.
Bring back Phoenix Borg

But when they were broken before, masks and hats worked fine. Now everything's broken, from the looks of it! I tried putting an emergency suit on a fatborg and their fatness covered that up.
