There doesn't seem to be any way to associate a new ID with a bank account, or set a pin for new ID.
This is somewhat distressing when you lose your original ID, and want to buy a coffee.
Sorry if I'm wrong about this.

The biggest problem with this is the fact that there is no known easy way to code this in. Having a scanner next to the bank account computer could possibly work, but there is no easy way to allow the person to pick their pin privately without being a head themself, unless the bank account computer were moved.

Put a PIN reader in the ID computer.
The HoP can already empty out people's bank accounts so it wouldn't be a big deal if he knew your PIN.

Have a kind of machine that links an account to a card. This way people can't get your PIN, you can get multiple new ID cards and new gimmicks can start up like the HoP using their account as some sort of business account and getting everyone to bring their IDs to link them to his account.
