Yes.
We need cocaine for this exact reason. Hell cocaine cellophane bags are in code, I remember fondly some admin shoving it in everyones face at the escape shuttle. Same way you'd roll a blunt with a gorrilian dollars, you'd snort cocaine and get a nose bleed.

Try to use a bible instead of a rolling paper for a blunt, you roll one with one of the blank back pages. Do it a few more times and you get smote when you go for an actual page.
