Make the HoS hat/beret sparkle - Ali0en - 07-14-2014

The head of security is a shining example of hope and kindness on a ship full of farts. His hat/beret should have the animated sparkle effect applied to it like clothes made from certain materials do. It helps the assistants to calm themselves when they see this smooth guy stride into a murder scene or battlefield.

Maybe he could have some sort of helmet with a sirenlight on it, to make his presence more visible.
