In order to summon this sacred item, you have to fill an artistic toolbox completely with butts, take it to the chapel, and splash holy water on it.
Everyone on the station is stunned, similar to the 'reverberating roar' from the pandemonium spell. Maybe an ominous fart sound plays. The artistic toolbox is transformed, probably with some snazzy butt-based sprite, and is now imbued with the power of farting. What this means specifically is for scholars to argue over - what it means to a layperson is that a whole new age of fart warfare has arrived.
Also, maybe it could make it so that the holder can only be harmed by being farted on.
