If I recall correctly I think ss13.donglabs.com (I don't remember the exact name) was the original domain and hosted the forum and wiki.
Then stuff happened and the original forum and wiki were gone, but if I recall correctly (and I'm usually wrong) someone decided to just rehost the wiki but let all the forum users edit it instead. This was a good idea, because people who ordinarily wouldn't be bothered to apply to edit the wiki could just edit it themselves when they thought something needed fixing.
Also the domain changed to autisticpowers.info (which given goon's bigotry policy, was a terrible name given that it's kind of ableist) and then at some point the domain changed again to ss13.co
