I wanted to build a second gene lab so I could steal peoples powers but there wasn't a genetics board in tech storage and also I couldn't disassemble the ones in genetics. add a board to tech storage

Also agreed; adding a third some place in an abandoned facility or on a restricted Z-level would also be a nice thematic "add".

I also agree. I almost always play as a mechanic and once I've gone and scanned/built a second teleport. I'm left to go off and find something else to do. letting me build my own gene manipulator would be a very interesting way to spend a little bit of time.
Although, would it be connected to the genetics lab? (i.e their current discoveries and funding towards research)
