Reason for application: I've worked on myself a lot in handling antags, decision making, and taking things seriously,i think i'm ready to try again
Security experience (300 word minimum):My security experience on the recent times has been going onto working on the issues i've noticed and feedbacks given to me though not easy cause after all i'm still human and its difficult to break habits i think i'm going relatively well, one of them was commanding as stated in many of the answers to my second app ; i've been taking command of the team when possible, giving orders, organizing and making sure they dont give excess brig times or go overboard on the antags while of course above all else having fun, the other is in relation to the antags and how i treat them being lenient when possible and harsh when need most i manage to strike a balance between the one and the other which makes me happy since i worked hard to fix it. But i'd also like to note somethings on my experience in my RP too, i think my RP has gotten a bit more serious though not super serious just more grounded while still keeping a air of whimsy violeta style, i've since
been playing more relaxed too letting things happen sitting in the bar and roleplaying, custom emotting
smoking cigars, interacting with the crew and the sec team and being confident cause i'm awesomesauce.Overall i'd like to say i've tried a lot, i missed a lot, but most important i learnt a lot which came from trial and error.Security has been my home for a long time and i appreciate a lot of it, enough that i consider writing this app for being a HOS and i'm confident enough on my capacity to improve.

- What advice would you give to other sec players?, i'd Say takes things slow, and steady, talk with your fellow sec officers coordinate with them a sec is a team force, it benefits a lot from communication and interaction, second one might be to not bother with loosing and winning it rarely matters in the end, its not worth chasing wins on
- Describe any differences in your playstyle when part of a full security team and when being the only security officer. I think my playstyle as a Solo Officer including things taken extra slow, simply because i'm alone, there's only me to answer to things so its best to have a clear mind on stuff and think cohesively, as with a full security team i try to change my posture to a helpfull officer, tell officers what to do, give advice, try and be a "commander" on the best of my abilities.
- Write a poem to convey your thoughts on security/NanoTrasen/space/bees/anything related to SS13 :On the vastness of space a station floats, with power, might,and control its security fierce and red like a beacon made of pure justice and tight jumpsuits
Note: I'd also like to say that i'm sometimes cursed by byond and join as the wrong character since byond resets the character slot to 1 everytime you enter the game.

Violeta has proven themselves to be a consistent and knowledgeable player. They are a credit to the badge, and I have played many many rounds with them, I have been on their team and agains them, many times. They are fair, They are helpful, they are just genuinely fun to be around. In my opinion, they would be a credit to the cape. My only notes is, should you get the cape, remember you will be in Command; and that entails leading even when times get rough.
I dont think theyve got the chops, I know it.

I've had great experiences with them. Interacted well with the rest of the crew and antagonists with being clear on expectations/consequences which made escalating easier and more interactive. They have the confidence to take command and organize others. I'd feel comfortable with them in the big boots.

I do not often play security, so this is from the perspective of someone who often sees things only from the crew's eyes. And what I can appreciate about how Violeta handles security is that they inform the crew of what is actually going on. It is very nice to not be in the dark of what is happening, knowing that the bad guy is in the hands of security and the danger has passed, knowing that something is wrong and you need to be careful. It all helps the general escalation and de escalation of the round.
