Add a recipe for the syndicate hat - Mikeistaken - 10-04-2025
It's As the title says, I want a mechanics blueprint that you can get when you scan a syndicate hat with a syndicate scanner, make the recipe costly to still make it rare, but not too costly because it's already rare enough for 2 traitors to get together to spend 16 TC on hat production, nevermind that one has to be of engineer origin

It's a showoff-item. Being able to aquire it for anything else than all of your telecrystals feels wrong.

Paint a top hat red and glue a bird feather to it. Bam, knockoff syndicate hat.

Making this hat will mark you for arrest like any hat. But also... adds the following problems:
- Every antagonist will be having a red arrow pointing your way to kill you and destroy the hat for points.
- Wearing the hat will automatically make you stinky, not the poisonous kind but just stinky.
- Any time a bot or beepsky arrests you, you take brute damage from them.
- You can no longer escape cuffs for some reason.
- If you are an antag wearing it, you will instantly explode into giblets for no reason, however if someone puts it on you by force, you get super buffed and the hat turns to ash.
