Ms. Falcon was retrieved from cryogenic storage two years ago, on November 5th 2051. Physical examination showed a pair of large bird-like wings, feathers growing in hair, and genetic material from four different species of bird: a great horned owl, a kestrel falcon, a carrier pigeon, and a common crow. Following inquiry on why she has wings and bird DNA, Ms. Falcon vaguely answered "got it from a 3rd party back alley gene clinic", and refused to give any more information.
A basic employee evaluation to determine what position she should be employed in showed that she is skilled in several different circumstances, and can be employed in virtually every department. Placement can be changed as convenient. Ms. Falcon shows a strong preference for working as a mail courier, theorized to be a product of her carrier pigeon DNA. Place in the position of mail courier where possible, or another position where convenient.
Ms. Falcon shows signs of kleptomania and pyromania. She seems to keep the pyromania relatively contained, mostly just burning paper, but she does have a habit of stealing mundane objects and hoarding them in one specific location. Monitoring is advised.
Update: Following further evaluation, Ms. Falcon seems to refuse to stay in uniform, favoring the owl costumes in the on-station owleries, citing that they "feel better on (her) wings". Such behavior is non-disruptive, and as such can be allowed.
Update 2: Evaluation has been concluded. Ms. Falcon will have her employee ID issued within a week.
