Reason for application + game experience (300 word minimum):
My reason for applying to be a mentor here in this community is a simple one. I would like to contribute to and help maintain the friendly and helpful atmosphere we are trying to foster when it comes to new and old players alike. I have a myriad of knowledge when it comes to various departments.
Command - I main CE and have worn the Captains hat many many times. I would like to think I know how to walk the line between silly and serious that we come to expect out of our command roles here, and am confident in my abilities to help others fill those roles.
Engineering - I have middling to advanced knowledge on most engines, station repairs and various beginner mech comp contraptions. This is my area of comfort when it comes to game knowledge and expertise.
Research - I dont play a whole lot of research, but I do know artifact science!
Security - I played a lot of security a few years ago. I learned from some of the more reputable and reliable officers around Goon, and try to spread the knowledge they shared with me when I see new people on the force.
Silicon - I enjoy playing AI, and feel like I would be able to help the average player with any issues they may be able to face.
That all being said; anything I didnt know I would either defer to a more knowledgeable mentor, or dive in for answers myself. Adhering to the mentor guidelines, especially if it were a rules question.
Previous bans (while this will not affect your application lying about it will): I got flagged by the auto-banner once, and that's the only time as far as I can remember.

While I don't play RP, and while this isn't really meant to be a -1 or +1, I've seen some of your messages in discords and saw you talking about how you "Universally avoid borg players now" because of past experiences with bad ones, which doesnt sound like the greatest behaviour for a mentor, even debating with an admin about it. skibidi

I don't have any feelings towards any players one way or another. We're all just here to have a good time. My issues are mechanical, not with the players themselves. Hope this clears up any confusion on the matter.
