Just a dumb funny idea that the clown could blow up organs like a balloon.
I think it fits to the humor of the game.

There is so much i can disbelief with cartoon logic in clowns.
Organ balloons is a no from me. Not cause "EW GROSS" but... I'd incentivices the clown to gather organs.
Frog/dead critter balloons the same.
UNLESS... they have to buy a special item to do it that allows them to fill it with helium.
Also seriously.... I do wish the clown had an abillity that doesn't make them filling balloons with helium a random fail. I'd makes sense for the clown to NOT fail that.
