Dialysis machines should be orderable from cargo - Angel - 03-23-2025
In it's current state, if someone crushers or steals the dialysis as a spy/thief, it's just lost forever unless it was mechscanned before hand, and it more likely was not mechscanned as I will admit, it is quite rare for it to be lost forever like that, and it is not a critical equipment, so does not really make sense for engineers to rush scan it. But, I still feel like it would be nice if you could buy a new one from cargo, since it isn't really a critical equipment, maybe make it's price on the higher range like 5000 or something? It just sucks that it's completely irreplaceable if it's gone, currently there isn't a whole lot of things on station like that, and even something like cryotubes, there's two so if one gets stolen, you can mechscan the other, meanwhile dialysis there's just one.

Medbay can work pretty well without it. Like cryotubes its an optional, cery powerfull station equipment.
And like these, i don't think it should be that wasy to replace (in honestly think it is too cheap to mechscan and produce)
