I feel like gas cans should be deconstructable, because in engineering (where you would have the tools to de-construct it) they can print so many cans of air rather for the engine or the station, and when empty they are kinda just left there to rot.

I was thinking maybe using a wrench on it would de-construct it only if it has 0kpa (rounded). I was also wondering what others opinions on this matter, but I feel like engineering can get very full of cans

okay, so I just remembered that wrench already does something with them. so maybe a welder?

Wouldn't mind this at all! Especially on maps with tighter spaces, the empty cans can really pile up.

I think this idea has great potential

Step 1. Cut open the gas canister using a lit wielder, this dumps all of the remaining canister air on the tile
Step 2. Wrench the cut-opened canister into metal sheets.

Watch out for plasma wink

as long as you have to empty the can beforehand, i see no issue with this

breaking a cannister makes it so you can walk over them, not a great solution, but still a way to solve space problems. Of course, proper deconstruction would be better.

Another solution for the moment would be to just toss an empty cannister into the crusher as well. Solves space problems.
