If you hover your mouse over the name of the person on text to reply to them beyond will show you their PDA network ID on your chatbar.

Yep! Still happens, I assume, I can't really make sense of whatever numbers are in the chatbar.

that's because both the packets, and the hrefs use /ref which is the easiest way of doing something this, i don't think that this will change soon.

It could be easily changed but this is so minor it doesn't seem worth it.
