I usually make it part of my end-of-round routine to sample each one, and nothing funny ever happens before time runs out and the round resets
QGP or other secret chems would make it more fun!

Second this, centcom icecream should only contain op drugs and death chems.
I don't want vomit icecream, I want FOOF, argine and omegazine.

Two problems:
-People can get to Centcom before the end of the round, and this gives them access to OP death chems for free.
-When you take something rare and funny and make it less rare, it stops being special and also stops being as funny.

I feel like the compromise here is to become the Chaplain of the Church of the galactose monarch and do some roleplay about the holy scoop and the coming of the icecreamageddon before praying and hoping you suddenly get all the worst flavours dumped in your chapel.
a) Still nice and rare and a treat
b) you are the best kind of chaplain
c) ice cream

Making it exclusively powerful secret chems is too much, but if there's a weight that can be set or changed to showcase a bit more secret chems I think that'd be nice.

Instead of making it all OP death chems just make it so they spawn as just a random poison. Maybe the poison bottle loot pool? Eating the Ice Cream should kill you and rarely it can be OP death chems

-Its so rare that you also never see it, which is far less funny or motivating to learn it, in my opinion.

not really sold on the premise that the centcom ice cream is something that gains value from being Learnable in some form. sometimes a fun easter egg is just a fun easter egg and if you try to reinforce it you break the shell

I just want something fun for the end of the round. Just have it spawn at round end if you worry about people breaking into centcom to steal ice cream every round.
