If you have an aggressive grab on someone and click on someone else with the grab, you should bash the two people's heads together, dealing damage, disorienting them both, and (this is VERY important) playing the sound of two coconuts colliding.

Sounds like a good addition to the window and wall slamming.
It could even deal a little brain damage if you dont wear a helmet.
