Currently, martian mutants are horrifying instant kill unless somebody drags you away far enough. You should be able to block their attack using a shitty tinfoil hat. It could also maybe block people from reading your mind.

Meta-neural enhancement needs this capability too, if it doesn't already. There needs to be some anti-martian mutant instagib tactic either way, but this is certainly a good start. It could be kept in the kitchen, so you can wrap food with it for shits and giggles too.

The paper hats already have a sprite, so this seems like its would be pretty easy to do.

Let tinfoil be used to coat walls (on one side), so we can have rooms that block out radiowaves on one side for paranoia.
Not sure if it's possible, but it would be funny to build tinfoil fortresses TO KEEP THEM OUT!!!!
