Nukeman program should be found only in Captain,HoS disk - meaow589 - 03-15-2024

Since nukeman is easily to use and everyone who has dwaine computer can run it why not make it safer by making nukeman program only found in captain disk and HoS and RD to allow these 3 head only who can use nukeman and need to get nuclearcode for launching it!

Yeah I mean why we have nukeman program at first since we don’t have any nukecharge on the station so it should have in somewhere instead 
Suggestion idea is 
1.Listening post
2.Hemera
3.syndicate satellite 
4.The matrix 
The program could be find in disk or need to copy the program from computer

I think the authorisation disk should do more then just "Speed up the Nukies nuke" in general.

So this suggestion is good if the Nukeman program is also on that disk.
