I noticed a PR recently that aims to increase compatability with custom pies by making it call AfterAttack, and I thought this would be a good thing to bring to embedded item farts too. If you implant an item into your chest and fart it basically clicks C on it, but because that opens the keyboard with instruments that means you cannot turn your farts into a trumpet or etc.
