And every other map's off station bits as well that aren't already blacklisted.

Not a bad idea, but at the same part, it makes science a "safe zone" for crew.
Also Donut 3 has off station parts like the pool and the assylum.
You can also just disable the mode on those maps so neeither side has advantages.

Blacklisting the maps with the outposts would be very counter-productive. There are plenty of other places as well, like listening post, AI satellite, ghostdrone factory.
Oshan got its own dedicated science outpost as well.
A blob on the outpost is a self-contained threat. And a very exposed one. A outpost-blob is a very easy target for pods.

Blobs are already blacklisted from spawning on all the outposts (except the Donut3 asylum). This thread is about flock, which are not blacklisted.
