Buy the sound Synthesizer Combined with the clown horn you can GET MAXMIUM HONKAGE (because the clown horn cooldown isn't applied to both so you can spam e and c.)

There I was standing in the middle of secs table honking away at my horn, THEN macho man walks in kills everyone in the room and points at me. They pull out a rpg as I try to duck for cover it hits the table above me killing me instantly.
