When I 1st saw it I was like... this is already a thing no? But i decided to answer it after I done a shift (aka full on time)

this isn't actually the case!
you can light a cigarette with a candle, but you can't light a cigarette with a candle.
specifically, you can only light a cigarette by using a lit candle on it, but you can't light a cigarette by using it on a lit candle. it's kind of weird!
