Junkie's Grotto - mozi - 01-18-2014

An ease of life thing for aspiring hobo drug makers, poisoners, and other mischief seekers-- A spot in maintenance somewhere with lots of empty lone syringes and some of the tools but not ingredients for simple chemistry in one convenient place. Droppers, igniters, a few blank patches, loose rolling papers, empty pill bottles, maybe a bottle of weedkiller.

Isn't this basically what the spot behind the Jazz Bar is? I mean, it doesn't have any of that stuff, but it would work perfectly for that.

Someplace preferably close to botany and bar would be good. Also a "DRUG KINGPIN" objective as miscreant could probably be cool with this.

But yeah the original idea is pretty great.
