That's the suggestion. Make the floor and wall planner item available for Cyborgs, either including it in the engineering module, or make the Construction Woker module one of the default options.

Why? Give cyborg players ability to decorate rooms, built by them or not.

Cyborgs flooding place with meat tiles? Order them to stop, or just flash them to hell and forth.

i'd love to be able to do this as a cyborg. sometimes you have downtime, and you want to take the time to decorate somewhere someplace

no. It's limited specifically because it's annoying and intrusive, and it's not good to have the visual consistency of what places look like disturbed every single round

why not a scaled down version of it? something that was reliant on a human? human could feed a cyborg a significant amount of floor tiles (maybe 10 tiles for 1 customized tile/metal (20 metal for one wall) that could then be fuel for it to then convert a floor tile/wall tile into a different one. it could also involve a long castbar and easily be removed with a few applications of a sponge to prevent some jerk borg running in and making a place look ugly or weird. it could also be limited to the selection of interiors. that way it would be significantly scaled down, take a bit longer to do, and also eat up a considerable amount of resources
