No.... we don't need AI's to do security work on default.
AI is not mainly security, it's an all-rounding support unit.
The shell is suppose to be clunky.
If you want to write tickets as a security specialized AI, ask for a cyborg shell and go brobocop.

Ticketing isn't really security work, it is also available to the flavor of the day corporate role IIRC, it is mainly just used to mess around if they could also write fines then that could be annoying but ticketing barely matters.

The AI generally has more important things to do than see someone do something minor, go to them in a small robot, and write a ticket.

This could make a goofy AI module. Camera shoots out a paper-ball/airplane containing the ticket.
But as mentioned already it does feel like it is encroaching on brobocop territory (which the AI already has some access to).
