I haven't played in a while, because after I was banned, I went on what amounts to a soul searching journey.
So I've been entirely out of the loop as to what's been happening on Goon for the last five months.
I've only recently submitted a ban appeal.
On to the point- If (and I do mean if) I am unbanned, are there any major changes I should be aware of?
Any new unspoken rules, or events coming up, or new trends to be aware of?

I would imagine little things are different but overall not much has changed. Couple name changes things come to mind. The mind slave is now mind hack for example, wendigos are now brullbores, and clowns are now entertainment specialists. One of these things is a joke.

i don't know precisely when you left, so its hard to tell, but...
horizon is gone, now there is donut 2 in rotation. rp rules were recently rewritten. also we have a new server for events, Goon 5 Rocko! you could check the changelogs, sure im missing a lot of things

Wait, they removed Horizon from rotation? Seriously? Now BOTH of my favorite maps are out of rotation. Damn.

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say the clown part is a joke.
No way the devs would ever change the names of those bozos.

I didn't like Horizon at all, I like it was a cobbled together mess of a station for it's concept, but execution wise?
It's one long hall way (wich is bland), Maintance on the main section is almost non existance and while exploring the other unused broken sections is fun.
It has no practical use cept going to disposals and the AI.. or just having a hideout there.
I do miss Manta since I think it was really well designed... even when the sea turtle was removed, but it had other issues so eh.
Anyhow you didn't miss too much.
