Add the Cargo Appraiser feature to the PDA Space Parts & Vendors cartridge.
Would be neato, and makes sense imo. Why? AFAIK (there might be away) I don't think you can make the appraisers, so non-cargo can't really appraise values of stuff w/o yoinking it from cargo/mining.
