About the PR
PILLS:
Forcefeeding now has an action bar with some time scaling.
Less than or equal to 30u takes 3 seconds to forcefeed, scaling linearly at 0.033 seconds per unit until 5 seconds (90 units).
<=30: 3.0 seconds
60: 4.0 seconds
90+: 5.0 seconds
Why's this needed?
Pills are very good at forcing chems into an enemy, and the act of forcefeeding them can be easily missed.
This adds consistency with forcefeeding food, using syringes, etc., while also making 100u pills containing an entire large beaker take a bit longer to administer by force.
