Botany: Plant-Object Splicing - Karakoran - 11-30-2013 Botany seems to be a deadend sort of department. You grow various crops, all of them weed, then find mutations for those crops. Then you get high. Chemistry has you trying and mixing recipes, Chef cooks interesting meals, Genetics finds cool powers. It would be nice if there was a more dynamic factor to Botony too. Inspired by the monkey-plant, Botony could be allowed to splice certain objects with certain plants to create odd hybrids. For example: SynthFlesh Plant + Fish = Fish Plant Banana Tree + Hat = Tree that grows various hats. Potato Plant + Owl = Owl Plant Cyborg Head + Orange Plant = Robo-Plant (could add a brain and become a plant Borg?) Could even add mutation for pure madness.
