This isn't just on assistants, it's happening to almost all jobs. I've seen it too.

Is the arm literally missing or is it just a visibility bug? Because yeah the HoS jumpsuit is the same way. You take off your outfit and your arms reappear, or you put on gloves.

it happens when you face west, when running directly northward and southwards its fine, not sure about east.

This bug is happening on a bunch of jumpsuits, because I remember being chaplain and this happening.

While wearing a plethora of jumpsuits you might find that you are missing the arm towards the camera while facing sideways. This bug appear for most but not all jumpsuits.
