If you unweld one of the connectors underneath disposal chutes to rotate it, once you weld it back it will never link to the chute properly.
Anything going in the chute will be ejected right on its tile.

Still happens. As an added bonus, with the new throwing-things-into-bins feature, some of it will fall right back in.
